CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- for the purpose of the conference/workshop/seminar/internship/methodological assistance request
PREAMBLE: The Methodological Centre for Conservation of the Technical Museum in Brno collects personal data in the scope of the documentation for registration and for the purpose of realising conferences/workshops/seminars/internship applications/requests for methodological assistance.
“By providing my personal data within the scope of the documents necessary for the registration and implementation of the conference/workshop/seminar/internship application/methodological assistance application, I give my consent to its processing and storage at the Methodological Centre of Conservation of the Technical Museum in Brno in accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, and in accordance with the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.”
“I further understand that this consent is voluntary and I am entitled to withdraw it at any time – withdrawal of consent can be made to the Technical Museum in Brno via:
– data mailbox, mailbox ID cmgp8ec,
– by email at mck@technicalmuseum.cz,
– by post to the Technical Museum in Brno, Methodological Centre for Conservation, Purkyňova 2950/105, 612 00 Brno – Královo Pole.
If the consent is withdrawn, the application is shredded / deleted and the personal data cannot be provided to any other employee of the Technical Museum in Brno or any other third party. The subject also has the right to appeal to the Office for Personal Data Protection.”
- for the purpose of sending newsletters and information on TMB MCC events
“By providing my personal data within the scope of the documents necessary for sending the newsletter and information on TMB MCC events, I give my consent to its processing and storage at the Methodological Centre for Conservation of the Technical Museum in Brno in accordance with the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 No. 2016/679.”
“I further understand that this consent is voluntary and I am entitled to withdraw it at any time – withdrawal of consent can be made to the Technical Museum in Brno via:
